This collection of writings and teachings are reflections of your desire to take your great love of yoga into ever more deepening forms as offering. They are drawn from the great principles of Tantric based philosophy and attention to sound energetic principles of aligning body mind and expression to the great forms of asana that get to flow and teach one to the other in the echo and honoring of the Prana Flow Vinyasa system, developed by Shiva Rea. The end result is a set of teachings to apply to any life affirming teacher’s study community delving into a a 200 to 500 hour training.
Progressive Expression that can be Shared in Many Yoga Systems
Offering your passion for yoga forward will need solid foundational seeds from which to grow. I hope to reflections of what I have been offered in the embodiment of my own path as a yoga student, teacher, and seeker on the sacred seam of the heart-mind-body to serve that end. I live in a vibratory resonance that loves to see and seek the complex, break it down to the most simple form, and from there, offer a progressive expression that can be shared in many yoga systems.
This teacher’s study manual is a membership site and can be tuned and augmented to serve any journey along the path of yoga teacher’s training to serve your and / or your students end. It includes: comparative yoga philosophical study, heart teachings and theme based weaving of meaning into sequences and classes, anatomical explorations, subtle body studies, endeavors into basic and deepening ayurveda, postural clinics and detailed breakdowns of not only mechanics but energetic flow and the methods of mindful transitions, as well as progressive sequencing technique towards peak asanas.
